Privacy Policy
QuoteDragon is built on a simple idea: your business data is none of our business. This policy explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
Nothing. QuoteDragon does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind, and requires no account to use.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter in QuoteDragon — your business profile, logo, client details, quotes, and line items — is stored locally on your device. On the web app it is stored in your browser's local storage. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party by the app. If you delete the app or clear your browser data, that data is deleted with it; use Settings → Export backup first if you want to keep it.
PDFs you share
When you share a quote PDF by text, email, or any other method, that sharing happens through apps and services you choose (such as Messages or Mail). Those services handle the document under their own privacy policies. QuoteDragon never sees or stores what you share.
Photos access
If you add a business logo, QuoteDragon uses the system photo or file picker, which shares only the single image you select. The app never has access to your photo library.
Purchases
The one-time upgrade is processed by the store you buy it from: Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Stripe (web app). We do not receive your payment details. For web purchases, Stripe shares the e-mail address you enter at checkout with us so we can issue your licence key and restore it later; we keep no other personal information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Web app hosting
The web app at app.quotedragon.com is served by Vercel, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We do not use analytics, cookies for tracking, or advertising on the web app.
Children's privacy
QuoteDragon does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Because the app collects nothing, we expect changes to be rare.
